Early-signal US federal procurement: agency acquisition forecasts from the Acquisition Gateway Forecast of Contracting Opportunities (planned procurements before solicitation — estimated award date, NAICS, set-aside plan, POC), and SBIR/STTR R&D topics and historical awards from sbir.gov. No keys required. Forecast endpoints are unofficial and forecasts are directional — they slip and get cancelled.

Each server speaks MCP over streamable HTTP at https://tools-dev.capitol.ai/<server-name>/mcp. Authenticate with X-API-Key: <key> or Authorization: Bearer <key>.
In your Capitol install open Settings → My Tools, add a tool with the server URL above, auth type api_key (header X-API-Key), and your key as the secret. The tools become available to your org's agents immediately.
